Had the weekend off. With strong recommendations from Taiwan colleagues, I decided to avoid the heat (it's 34 deg C today!), and went shopping in the Taipei MRT Station Underground Mall. It is a huge 2/ 3 -level underground mall that spans about 2 MRT stations (about 4 blocks). Bought some gifts for Hannah, and some other friends and colleagues back in NZ. Unfortunately, it is meant to be a surprise, thus, I cannot reveal what I bought! :) I will post another pic of the presents when I am back in NZ.
